TL;DR — We\'re looking for a Corporate Development lead to build and scale Lovable\'s M&A and strategic investment function, working closely with top startups in Europe. You\'ll shape Lovable\'s reputation as the top place for talent and startups to do the work of their life, working directly with Lovable\'s senior leadership to evaluate, execute, and integrate strategic acquisitions and investments that accelerate our roadmap. What we\'re looking for 15+ years of experience across VC / growth equity / investment banking and corporate development At least 5 years operating at a senior level inside high-growth technology companies. Demonstrated success leading and closing multiple M&A transactions end-to-end, including deal structuring, negotiation, and post-close integration. A strong personal network across the European (and ideally global) startup, VC, and technology ecosystem, with credibility to open doors at the founder and C-suite level. Excellent cross-functional leadership skills — able to align legal, finance, product, and executive stakeholders around complex deals. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to boards or senior leadership.
