We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for the 3–5 year old group at Aurinkokiven Daycare in Vantaa. The teacher will be responsible for forming the group's operating culture and learning environment, planning, implementing, developing and evaluating pedagogical activity in accordance with the Vantaa early childhood education and pre-school plan and the unit's action plan, together with other teaching staff. The role requires good teamwork and interaction skills, ability to recognize each child's individual needs, and a willingness to work multi-disciplinarily. We value warm interaction with children and parents, and a supportive, collaborative atmosphere. At Aurinkokiven Daycare there are five groups and a common meeting place; the facility offers versatile spaces and proximity to nature for outings. The unit is part of a broader service center with other groups and services. We require good Finnish written and spoken skills. Salary: 3,129.46–3,234.53 EUR/month; additional allowances apply for specific degrees.
