Job Tasks include participating in resolving first-line support requests received via phone and ticketing system (Service Now), troubleshooting and finding sustainable solutions, escalating tickets if necessary, and creating documentation. The role offers the chance to develop technical skills and join a supportive team. The work is international, working with the entire company's IT team in addition to the Finnish team. We are looking for suitable IT education, experience in first-line support, excellent problem-solving skills, experience with Windows, M365, Intune, and Entra ID, and excellent Finnish and English skills. Swedish language skills, experience with ITSM tools (Service Now), understanding of ITIL, and customer relationship management experience are advantageous. Please send CV in English.
