Personal Assistant

We are looking for personal assistants for Onni under a framework agreement to support customers around the Mikkeli area. Personal assistants help clients with daily tasks and leisure activities, including household chores, errands, outdoor activities and other daily support. The tasks depend on each client’s individual needs due to illness or disability. A driving license and access to a car are required to perform the job. The framework agreement enables gig-style work without a fixed hourly commitment. Shifts are offered via the DomaCare system, and you can choose shifts that suit you best. Work is available on weekdays, weekends, and morning and evening shifts. Pay and terms are determined according to the private social services collective agreement. You will receive proper orientation before starting shifts, and support is available during work if needed. Employment is created for each agreed and approved shift. Requirements include a friendly, responsible, trustworthy attitude; ability to work independently and consider the client’s needs; fluency in Finnish; being of legal age; desire to do client-focused, meaningful work; education or prior experience in the field is not required—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. What we offer includes flexible arrangements that fit studies or other work; orientation and support for shifts; opportunities to gain experience and work at varied locations; pay under the collective agreement (G15A): 12.79 € – 14.06 €/h; vacation compensation with every payroll.
