Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within one of India's most strategically important sectors.\nWhat You’ll Deliver\nDesign realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Marathi or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities)\nAdapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks\nReview AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism\nContribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations\nQualifications\nNative-level Marathi with strong professional English proficiency\n5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations\nBackground in one or more relevant roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations\nStrong understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments\nWhy Collaborate with Lilt?\nYour schedule, your rules. Once you accept a task, we expect quality work and on-time delivery. Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
