AI Adoption & Transformation Consultant - Avanade - Remote - Global

This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with regular client engagement. The successful candidate must be fluent in both French and English and be comfortable traveling to client locations as business needs require. At Avanade, we help organizations transform how work gets done through Microsoft technologies, AI, and modern workplace solutions. As a AI Adoption & Transformation Consultant, you will guide enterprise clients through the people side of AI transformation. Working at the intersection of business strategy, organizational change management, employee experience, and Microsoft Copilot adoption, you will help clients identify high-value use cases, accelerate workforce readiness, drive behavioral change, and realize measurable business outcomes from AI investments. You will work directly with executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to shape transformation strategies, facilitate AI adoption programs, and build scalable approaches that help organizations embrace new ways of working.
