If you have training or work experience in green area maintenance and operating work machines, you could be the person we are looking for for this position. In this job, you will work in general areas and in several different parks in Kauniainen. The duties primarily involve maintenance of green areas and general area upkeep tasks. You will also work with work machines (e.g., tractor, wheel loader, excavator and truck) in various maintenance duties across all seasons. A B-class driving license is mandatory for the position and a C-class license and professional competence are considered an asset. We require a proactive approach to tasks and strong initiative and, in winter, the possibility to work overtime. We offer a permanent employment and a pleasant working environment. As a maintenance worker you will also have the opportunity to work at the cemetery maintained by the City of Kauniainen. Weekly working time is 38.25 hours and the salary is according to the municipal sector collective agreement; the base salary for the position is 2,556.42 €/month. Employment starts by agreement. The probation period is 6 months and we require a health examination to be passed.
