Food Cleaning Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and professional Food Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our sunny team in Sipoo for a permanent, full-time position. The role involves ensuring high quality and efficient cleaning at the food site, including tasks such as foam washing, cleaning quality control, and hygiene verification in close cooperation with the client. A valid hygiene pass is required. We expect prior experience in food cleaning tasks (e.g., foam cleaning), experience in supervision and oversight, initiative, responsibility and flexibility, customer service attitude, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficient spoken and written English and Finnish are required. Salary follows the real estate and facilities services collective agreement and is based on the job’s demands. Working hours are generally Monday–Friday 06:00–18:00, with occasional Saturday shifts and evening shifts up to 23:00, and occasional Sunday shifts for training.
