Customer Service Representative

We are now looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to strengthen our service team in ESPOO! In this role, you will work as part of our service team responsible for customer and office services at the sites, playing an important role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our customers by taking care of various practical matters. We provide first-class service experiences every day and handle matters promptly, exceeding customer expectations. You will work flexibly at our customer sites located in Keilaniemi and Matinkylä. You are the first point of contact for the property and provide first-class service experiences for the property users with your professional and interactive approach. Your duties include, among other things, customer service in all incoming situations, receiving guests, access control and key management, coordinating room bookings and meeting services, as well as versatile office service tasks. You will take care of the general comfort and tidiness of the premises, restocking office room supplies, ensuring the functionality of technical devices, and handling internal mailing tasks. Your shifts are mainly on weekdays between 7:00 and 16:30, but occasional evening and weekend shifts are possible. The position is on-call, and the number of hours varies from 0-37.5 h/week depending on the situation and need. The employment is permanent and starts as agreed as soon as possible. For this position, a salary according to at least payment group 4 of the Real Estate Service Industry collective agreement (13.88 €/h) will be paid, as well as possible hourly premiums according to the actual hours worked and a possible education bonus based on the completed degree. An educational background in customer service (e.g., receptionist or hotel clerk) and experience in demanding customer service and reception tasks in an international environment are considered an advantage. - fluent oral and written skills in Finnish and English. You will meet international customers daily. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. - an excellent and smiling service attitude as well as an understanding of the obligations and requirements of a representative-level service culture. - up-to-date IT skills. You use MS Office programs fluently and learn new systems quickly. - interaction, cooperation, and organizing skills; you possess the situational awareness and reaction capability required for the task.
