Construction Assistant

Looking for practical work in the construction industry? We offer the opportunity to participate in versatile renovation and construction projects in Säkylä. The employment relationship is concluded directly with the client company and Econia is responsible for the implementation of the recruitment process. In the job, you will operate as part of a professional team and participate in various assisting tasks in the construction industry. The work includes assisting tasks in, among others, the following: - Replacement of building insulation - Various surface work and finishing tasks - Assisting in roofing work - General assisting tasks in the construction industry - Other assisting tasks at construction sites according to the needs of the projects Work is done on sites in close proximity and mainly during normal daytime working hours. The employment relationship is fixed-term and lasts approximately 6–12 months. The employment contract is concluded directly with the client company. Salary is agreed separately with the client company during the recruitment process. We hope for: - Previous experience in construction tasks or a strong interest in the field - Brisk and proactive work approach - Good physical condition - Ability to work both independently and as part of a work group - Reliable and responsible attitude - A valid occupational safety card as well as previous experience in renovation, insulation or roofing work is considered an advantage.
