Payment Specialist

We’re expanding our operations from loans to everyday banking and seek a Payment Specialist who understands payments, payment systems, and incident handling. You will support colleagues across units by providing initial support for payment inquiries and coordinating the resolution of more complex cases. Your work helps ensure timely and accurate processing of payment requests and inquiries, and you’ll contribute to improving payment processes and new services testing and rollout. We value proactive, customer‑oriented individuals who work well in teams and communicate clearly with all stakeholders. English proficiency is essential, and prior experience in finance, banking, or payments is preferred. We look for someone analytical, systematic, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
