- Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers
- Design and engineer the core agentic logic governing agent behavior
- Engineer and validate layered guardrails and supervisory controls
- Architect, build, and test integrations with customer systems
- Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve failures
- Design evaluation and regression-testing frameworks
- Translate customer needs into internal documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver agent builds
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong technical foundation: coding, APIs, integrations
- Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions
- Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders
- Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
