Associate Attorney

Our client is expanding its commercial litigation team and is seeking an associate attorney to work on sophisticated, high-stakes and complex commercial litigation issues across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will manage complex commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, business torts, shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, and other high-value business conflicts. Responsibilities include handling all phases of litigation, drafting motions and briefs, developing litigation strategies, and collaborating with teams. Requirements include at least four years of commercial litigation experience, managing complex litigation in courts, strong legal skills, and active admission to a U.S. state bar.
