Join a modern property management and financial administration team. Peimarin Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy is a Kaarinala-based expert in property management and financial administration, focusing on customer service, digital processes, and developing staff skills. We are seeking a SKB to strengthen our finance unit. Our offices are located in Kaarina and Savo, with the work location arranged to suit the chosen candidate's preferences. We aim to make property accounting smooth, efficient, and transparent by minimizing manual work. The duties include accounting for housing companies and real estate companies; processing purchase invoices and electronic archiving; monitoring maintenance charges and usage-based charges; managing loan agreements and loan share calculations; preparing financial statements and annual reports; preparing tax returns and other official declarations; handling partner and client service; performing the duties of a property secretary. The scope can be tailored to the candidate's skills and experience. What we expect: suitable education in financial administration or business; experience in bookkeeping; interest in property financial administration; good MS Excel and Word skills; willingness to learn new software; thorough and systematic work style; ability to work independently and take responsibility; good cooperation and customer service skills; excellent Finnish and satisfactory English; Hausvise experience is a plus. We do not expect you to know everything from day one; the most important is fundamental bookkeeping competence, willingness to learn, and interest in real estate finance.
