The Espoon kuvataidekoulu offers art education and crafts courses to children and youth, promoting learning, growth and artistic expression. We are Finland’s largest art school run by a supporting association, delivering basic education in visual arts and a broad range of courses across Espoo. We are now seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to join our team, responsible for the school’s overall finances and supporting administrative functions as part of the administration team. You will collaborate closely with the principal and provide financial information and analyses to support leadership decisions. Your duties include financial governance and development, accounting, financial reporting, liquidity management, cash flow and key metrics tracking, accounts payable and payroll for about 200 employees, monitoring grants and project funding, and supporting fundraising efforts. In administration, you will serve as secretary to the board (preparing meeting materials and minutes), manage employment contracts with Visma Sign, act as the health and safety contact person, maintain the member registry for the support association, and help improve administrative processes. The role uses Finago, Eepos and Visma Sign among other systems. We expect you to have a suitable tertiary degree (for example a bachelor’s degree in business administration), a few years of experience in financial administration including bookkeeping, payroll and reporting, strong accounting and financial statement skills, understanding of HR practices and employment matters, fluent Finnish and good English (Swedish is an advantage). Experience with monitoring and managing grants or external funding is a plus. Requirements

- Experience with grants and external funding is a plus
