- Lead workforce planning and talent intelligence
- Be the AI pilot lead for HR design and workflows
- Handle full employee relations end-to-end
- Coach and develop our people leaders
- Build people analytics dashboards
- Drive organisational effectiveness and change programmes
- Own the employee experience redesign
- Collaborate with Nordic & Europe HR team
Requirements
- 7+ years HR experience
- Finnish labour law expertise
- SaaS/tech scale-up/management consulting background preferred
- Fluent Finnish and English
