Executive Assistant

In the role of Executive Assistant, you will support management and the organization with diverse administrative tasks. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting and travel arrangements, communication with stakeholders, event coordination, and other tasks supporting daily management activities. We expect you to have strong experience and proven skills in assistant or executive assistant roles, fluent Finnish and English language skills, a responsible and self-driven work attitude, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, good cooperation and communication skills, and an understanding of the versatile and changing workday of an executive assistant. Success in this role requires enjoying varied situations, managing multiple concurrent tasks, and providing reliable support even in busy situations. You are proactive, careful, and able to anticipate and solve issues independently.
