Martinlaakso School is a comprehensive school for grades 1-9 with about 1000 students and 130 adults. We operate in a modern school building with up-to-date teaching equipment. We develop our school according to the ProKoulu operating model, which means common goals and methods for the entire adult community to guide student behavior using positive feedback. We require commitment to educational work according to this model. Pedagogical expertise and differentiation: Ability to design and implement teaching that considers learners of different levels. Mastery of versatile teaching methods. Multicultural sensitivity: Readiness to meet students appreciatively from different language and cultural backgrounds. Understanding of S2 teaching needs and support for students. Good interaction and collaboration skills: Ability to build trusting relationships with students and guardians.
