Martinlaakso School is a comprehensive school for grades 1-9 with about 1000 students and 130 adults. We operate in a modern school building with up-to-date teaching equipment. Our goal is to be a pedagogically unified basic school where learners of different ages meet. We develop our school according to the ProKoulu operating model, which means common goals and methods for the entire adult community to guide student behavior using positive feedback. We require commitment to educational work according to this model. Pedagogical expertise and differentiation: Ability to design and implement teaching that considers learners of different levels. Additional information: Based on the number of students with a native language other than Finnish (S2), teaching staff meeting the requirements for the position may be paid a salary supplement of approx. 250 eur/month.
