Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Care for breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets and coffee breaks
- Bar service
- Close kitchen and bars
- Coordinate with HUONE team on catering orders and setups
- Ensure dietary requirements are met for guests
- Set up meeting rooms as required
- Maintain cleanliness of all F&B areas
- Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Other duties as assigned
