We are now seeking a motivated MAG welder for a long-term, full-time position for our client in Lahti. The client, established in 2007, is a machine shop that manufactures a variety of machines and equipment according to customer specifications. Their services include machine manufacturing and installation, component manufacture, machining and surface treatment. Production takes place in high-quality facilities, with a total area of 3100 m². Your workday will involve performing varied welding tasks on different machines and devices, MAG welding of machine parts, primarily with black iron and thicknesses from 5 mm upward, and, if needed, welding stainless steel or acid-resistant steel. You will also participate in assembling machine parts as shown in the pictures. Parts are typically produced in batches of 1–10 units, so your day will be varied and diverse. The work week is 40 hours, from Monday to Friday, in the morning shift 7:00–15:30. The role uses the Technology Industry TES, and the salary is negotiable based on your skills and experience. We value experience in MAG welding, reading drawings, and good Finnish or English language skills.
