The nurse role involves independent patient encounters, developing and maintaining patient care, assisting with procedures, splinting, and collaborating with the team in trauma patient care. Night and weekend shifts may be required during peak seasons; the unit operates a 6-week rota. The total compensation includes task-based pay, potential personal performance components, and employee benefits. Key components follow the Private Health Care Sector collective agreement (TPTES) with a base pay in the nurse task group 4, minimum 2753.64 €/month, with increases based on experience and location. Personal share, special responsibility allowances, and annual increments (4 years +6%, 7 years +11%) are added on top, plus shift allowances per TES.
