Levi winter season dining hall shift supervisors needed for 2026–2027 season. The role is responsible for the smooth operation of the dining hall during the shift, ensuring high quality customer service, and daily guidance of staff. You will play a key part in the restaurant’s day-to-day life and ensure that both customers and the work community’s day runs as smoothly as possible. The position suits someone with prior experience in the hospitality industry and a desire to take responsibility for shift leadership. We value the ability to keep the overall operation under control even during busy moments and the capacity to lead by example for the team. Employment starts in November–December 2026 according to contract and continues until the end of the winter season. Full-time, salary governed by MARA TES. We offer help with finding accommodation. Requirements include experience in the hospitality sector and customer service, ability to work efficiently in busy situations, responsible and proactive work approach, good interpersonal and collaboration skills, and a willingness to contribute to an excellent customer experience and to support the team daily.
