Cook

Primary location: Lahti. Ordinary work in a remarkably wonderful hotel kitchen. Solo Sokos Hotel Lahden Seurahuone’s kitchen team is looking for a new colleague for the cook position. We offer a permanent contract (approximately 60 hours every 3 weeks). The hotel’s restaurants include Trattoria, Bar & Bistro, and Kuja Street Food Lahti, plus upper-floor meeting and event spaces and a beloved breakfast. During orientation you will rotate through several Seurahuone restaurants. After orientation you will work as a cook in Trattoria, Kujalla, Hasemaki (Hämesali) and breakfast according to your skills. Your day may include preparing lunch items for buffet, plate service, à la carte, or orders. A core part of the role is HACCP/compliance and maintaining a good working atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to develop operations and products with guidance from colleagues and supervisors. You will join a team thatvalues supporting each other and achieving common goals.
