HVAC installation supervisor

We are looking for an HVAC installation supervisor to lead the installation work of ventilation and air conditioning systems on ship projects, and to coordinate on-site daily activities. In this key role you will ensure projects progress safely, with high quality and on schedule, working with customers, designers, production and subcontractors. Responsibilities include daily management and supervision of HVAC installation work, coordinating workers and subcontractors, scheduling and resource planning, ensuring workmanship, safety and efficiency, and tracking materials and work phases. We expect relevant technical training (e.g. HVAC, mechanical engineering), experience with HVAC installations and supervisory tasks, ability to lead teams and organise on-site operations, reading drawings and technical documents, good collaboration and communication skills, goal-oriented and solution-focused approach, and proficiency in Finnish and English.
