We are looking for an experienced CNC turner for our client in the Uusimaa region, for a 12-month fixed-term employment. You will work in a modern machine shop in Uusimaa, manufacturing precise metal parts for various industrial needs. The role involves working with both small batches and single pieces on CNC lathes, making the work diverse and varied. Your tasks include: - Operating and programming CNC lathes - Reading, modifying, and if necessary, programming programs (Heidenhain/Siemens or similar) - Manufacturing parts according to drawings and fine-tuning settings - Quality assurance, measurements, and documentation - Assisting with machine maintenance and servicing What we expect from you: - Experience with CNC turning or similar machining tasks - Good reading skills of technical drawings - Basic knowledge of reading and modifying machining programs - Willingness to work in shifts if needed - Precise, proactive, and safety-conscious work attitude - Finnish language skills at a required level for the job Advantages include: - Experience with special materials or large parts machining - Versatile experience with different control systems (Heidenhain, Siemens, etc.) - Independent problem-solving skills and experience in machine maintenance We offer: - A 12-month employment in a reliable employer environment, with the possibility of permanent employment after that - Diverse and varied work on modern machines – no assembly line - Good onboarding and development opportunities - Competitive salary based on experience and skills - Good working conditions and a supportive team Interested?
