HR Systems Product Owner

ECIT is an expert company in financial administration, payroll and IT services. Would you like to combine in-depth HR systems expertise, customer understanding and development work? We are now looking for a Mepco HRM Product Owner for TietoAkseli’s Payroll and HR Services to take responsibility for the software suite and its development. In this role, you can influence both our customers’ solutions and how we use Mepco HRM in our own service delivery. What kind of professional are we looking for? As Mepco HRM Product Owner, you will be responsible for the Mepco HRM software in TietoAkseli’s Payroll and HR Services. You will act as the product owner and person in charge of the software, and coordinate key-user operations. In your work, you will bring together software expertise, implementations, development and business needs to create effective solutions. You will own the Mepco HRM software, manage its lifecycle and long-term development direction in cooperation with the Development Manager for Payroll and HR Services. You will ensure the Mepco HRM software suite functions well, is managed properly and is used appropriately in Payroll and HR Services. You will coordinate shared software configurations, access-right practices, version updates, testing and the rollout of changes. You will plan, implement and lead demanding Mepco HRM implementations, integrations, data migrations, training and production launches. You will develop and productise Mepco HRM services, operating models and value-added solutions together with business, sales and other experts. You will work actively with customers, the software vendor and TietoAkseli’s internal stakeholders. You will support and train other experts and ensure documentation, quality and continuity. What do we expect from you? You will succeed when you can understand broad entities, prioritise and decisively put plans into practice. You communicate fluently with customers, technical experts and business representatives and find solutions that work from both the system and service perspectives. Strong Mepco HRM expertise and at least five years of experience in key-user work. Experience implementing, consulting on and developing HR systems. Understanding of HR and payroll processes and the employment lifecycle. Understanding of integrations, interfaces, data transfers and system environments. An independent, solution-oriented way of working as a product owner. Good project-management, communication and collaboration skills. Ability to estimate workloads and shape needs into workable solutions. Fluent Finnish and good English. We also value experience as a product owner or other software lead, productising and commercialising HRM services, and using AI, automation or analytics in service and system development.
