Responsibilities
- Design and develop power electronic circuits (AC/DC, DC/DC) from watts to hundreds of kilowatts
- Select topologies and modern components (IGBT, Si/SiC MOSFET, GaN)
- Analyze power losses, thermal loads, MTBF, and design transformers
- Solve EMI/EMC issues and prepare systems for HALT testing
- Design with DFM/DFT, DFMEA, Worst Case, and Fault Tree Analysis
- Collaborate with firmware, embedded, RF, and mechanical teams
- Create technical documentation and report progress
Requirements
- Master's or engineer's degree in electronics, electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in power electronics design in R&D environment
- Knowledge of power converter topologies and ability to design both power and control circuits
- Practical experience with EMI/EMC, HALT, MTBF, DFM/DFT
- Simulation tools (LTSpice, PSpice, PSIM, Matlab, Plecs) and EDA tools (Altium, OrCAD, Allegro)
- Proficiency in English (min. B2) and international work experience
