About the role

We are hiring an Early Childhood Social Worker for YES Daycare, a bilingual day care (English and Finnish) in Vantaa. The role involves joining a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate pedagogical activities, and to share responsibility for family-based educational collaboration. You will contribute to fostering community and inclusion in collaboration with guardians and other child-and-family actors, and help develop services and new methods to promote children’s well-being and community life. You will also be responsible for advancing child well-being and guiding children, families, and guardians. The position is based at YES Daycare, which is multicultural and bilingual; it operates eight groups, with two preschool groups, and the roles focus on the 3–5 year age group this season. Requirements
