g2 Recruitment are supporting the delivery of multiple major data centre projects across Sweden and are looking for experienced Site and Construction Managers with strong electrical or mechanical backgrounds to join our growing project teams. The roles will involve managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality and programme. Key responsibilities: Lead and coordinate electrical/mechanical installation activities on site. Manage subcontractors and site teams. Coordinate closely with civil, structural, engineering, and commissioning teams. Monitor progress, quality, safety, and programme. Resolve technical and construction issues. Support testing, commissioning, and project handover. Required experience: Previous Site Manager or Construction Manager experience. Strong electrical or mechanical MEP background. Data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale construction experience preferred. Experience working with multiple contractors and international project teams. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. EU Passport
