We are seeking a Leader for the afternoon program at Delfinen after-school care for the 2026-27 school year. The afternoon program leader helps create a safe and meaningful after-school experience for our students within teaching as part of the program area, all of whom have an intellectual disability. The group works with several leaders at the same time. We prefer candidates with an appropriate professional qualification, such as a leader for schooling and morning and afternoon activities or education in care and welfare, but a formal qualification in the field is not a requirement. We value good collaboration skills, flexibility, and experience working with children and young people. Working hours are 18-20 hours plus 2 hours/week (47-52% of full-time). The working hours are all afternoons during the week, but can be adjusted as needed. The successful applicant should present an acceptable medical certificate of health and a police clearance (504/2002) before starting work. Trial period of 4 months applies.
