Release Manager

For our client, we are looking for an experienced ERP Platform Release Manager for our client to govern and coordinate the release lifecycle of the ERP platform, ensuring changes are delivered efficiently, securely, and with minimal business disruption. Tasks * Manage ERP releases, enhancements, fixes, upgrades, and deployments * Coordinate release schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications * Ensure alignment with ITIL-based Change Management processes * Oversee testing, environment readiness, rollback plans, and release governance * Act as the key liaison between ERP teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams * Provide release status updates and drive continuous process improvements Requirements * 5+ years of experience in Release Management, ERP Application Management, IT Service Management, or Project Management * Strong experience delivering enterprise ERP releases in global environments * Experience with Infor M3 (preferred), SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar ERP platforms * Good understanding of ITIL, change management, testing coordination, and integration dependencies * Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and risk management skills * Familiarity with DevOps and release automation tools Nice to Have * Infor M3, Infor ION, Boomi, or MuleSoft experience * ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications * Experience supporting global, multi-country ERP landscapes Project Details * Start: ASAP (within 2 weeks) * Duration: 6-month extension * Workload: Full-time * Location: Remote (India or Europe) * Language: English * Interview Process: 2 Stage Interview Interviews can be arranged at short notice with a quick decision thereafter.
