We are now looking for a bilingual experienced professional for the position of HR Manager in Rantalainen's administration HR team! In this role, you will be responsible for the operational personnel matters of Rantalainen's Swedish-speaking and bilingual business areas in Finland, as well as various nationwide HR development projects. You will operate as part of Rantalainen's group administration HR team and work closely with the management and supervisors of your business areas. You will play a key role in enabling the success and well-being of the business and our employees. Your duties include, among others: * Implementation of HR strategy and management team work with business management * Supporting supervisors in daily HR matters and the implementation of changes * Analyzing personnel data and planning measures for your area of responsibility * Advising and coaching teams and employees * Tasks related to recruitment and personnel evaluations * Nationally agreed HR responsibilities and development projects You will report to the HR Director of the RAN Group, and you will be supported by our competent Finnish HR team, which includes two other HR managers and small teams for payroll administration and recruitment. In our team, we support each other and work together to provide the best service to Rantalainen's employees, supervisors, and job seekers! Your HR Business Partner responsibilities include Rantalainen's Swedish-speaking and bilingual businesses in Finland. These businesses are located across Finland, concentrating on Ostrobothnia, Åland, and Western Uusimaa, and we therefore hope that your home office is primarily located in one of these areas. We work in a flexible hybrid model, and you can utilize any suitable Rantalainen office as well as work remotely. You should be prepared to work regularly at the offices in your area of responsibility, a few days per month. Additionally, the job involves traveling to other locations in Finland, approximately once a month. What does Rantalainen offer you? The salary range for the position is approximately €4,000–5,000/month depending on previous experience and expertise, but we would be happy to hear your salary expectations in your application. What do we hope for from you? We hope for several years of diverse experience in HR work, either in an internal HRBP-style role or as a consultant. Business-oriented thinking, independent work, utilization of HR data, and internal customer service are familiar to you. Additionally, we hope for experience with modern HR tools, a strong understanding of employment matters, and a solution-oriented approach to work. Our supervisors can trust your expertise, and you are able to challenge constructively when necessary. You have the courage to face difficult situations and a desire to continuously learn and develop. In this position, your daily working languages are Swedish and Finnish, and strong language skills in both are an absolute requirement. Additionally, you will occasionally need English language skills as we operate as part of the RAN Group's international HR function.
