Construction Worker

We are looking for an experienced construction worker for a refurbishment project in Säkylä for our client WorkPower Rakennus Otava Oy. The role requires careful work, a professional approach, and tasks that will be varied as the site progresses. Your duties may include demolition and protection work, frame and partition wall construction, plastering and other interior finishing tasks, installation of doors and furniture, final site finishing and repairs, material handling and general site upkeep. We expect prior experience in different phases of a construction site so you can work smoothly both independently and as part of a team. You should have an understanding of the overall site and be ready to take on different tasks as the project advances. We especially value initiative and responsibility, good physical condition, and the ability to cope in changing situations. Training in the field is an asset. Possession of a valid occupational safety card and the ability to pass a security clearance are required for employment. We offer the chance to work on an interesting and demanding project and to develop your professional skills. Pay is determined by the construction industry collective agreement, taking experience into account, with a range of 15.56–18.65 €/h plus allowances. You will receive WorkPower’s support throughout the employment and quality workwear. Start date is September 2026 and the position is for long-term work. Working hours are Mon–Fri 07:00–15:30.
