Practical Nurse – Flexible On-Call Work in Home Care

We are looking for warm-hearted, proactive practical nurses with a positive service attitude for flexible on-call work! In ONNI’s Mikkeli home care service, you will work with a range of client groups. Our clients include older people, people with disabilities and families with children. Every workday is different, and you will have the opportunity to use your skills and learn new things! 🌟 What might your work include? Home care for older clients and help with daily activities. Supporting the independent everyday lives, functional ability and participation of people with disabilities. Home-help services for families with children, childcare and support for families’ everyday life. Meeting clients individually and promoting their well-being. Shifts in the home-help service for families with children are mainly after 4 p.m., so the work is well suited alongside studies or another job. 💛 Pick up shifts when it suits you! You can influence your working hours and how much you want to work. You can accept individual shifts or work more regularly, according to your own circumstances. The work is also an excellent fit for practical nurse students in the final stage of their studies! On-call work lets you build valuable experience, develop your skills and get to know a range of client groups. 🌟 Could you be the ONNI team member we are looking for? We hope you have a cheerful, energetic attitude, take initiative and genuinely want to meet different people. You have: A practical nurse qualification or at least 90 competence points completed in practical nurse studies. Vaccination protection in accordance with section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act. A driving licence and the ability to travel to client locations.
