Documentation Engineer II, your responsibilities include creating and maintaining documentation for Storyblok products and training materials. You will become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority, help developers, partner agencies, and customers to understand Storyblok and its capabilities, implement a headless architecture on their projects, and maximize Storyblok features. You will write developer tutorials, guides, FAQ entries, API docs, and sample apps to illustrate the technology. You will mentor teammates and contribute to a collaborative, empathetic work culture. Education and experience: 5+ years in web development; proven technical writing; Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field or equivalent experience; CMS experience; RESTful APIs; GraphQL a plus; strong JS framework knowledge; Git; strong communication; problem solving; attention to detail; ability to work independently; AI literacy advantageous. Requirements

5+ years of experience in web development
Proven experience in technical writing and documentation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Experience with CMS in general; headless CMS is a plus
Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs
GraphQL APIs is a plus
Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework (Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte) and Git
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
High attention to detail
Continuous learning mindset
Ability to learn and document technical topics efficiently
Ability to assume users’ perspective to convey technical information clearly
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
