The Opportunity The OpportunityWe are looking for an FX Controller to join our Finance team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with strong technical knowledge of foreign exchange, derivatives, hedge accounting and financial controls in a complex multinational environment. You will own the accounting and controllership framework for foreign-currency transactions and exposures across multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions. This includes FX revaluation, realized and unrealized gains and losses, derivatives, hedge-related accounting, foreign-currency intercompany transactions, exchange-rate governance and the reconciliation of Treasury systems to the general ledger.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accounting for foreign-currency transactions across entities
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual FX close
- Review FX-related journal entries and hedge entries
- Ensure correct currency treatments throughout the process
- Deliver FX accounting results for management and statutory reporting
- Lead initiatives to improve FX accounting and close processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or FX accounting
- Strong understanding of foreign-currency accounting
- Experience with FX derivatives and hedge accounting
- English proficiency
