Responsibilities
- Assist in selecting and onboarding guiding instructors and traffic instructor students
- Coach and support students through stages of their study path
- Plan and conduct guidance and thematic sessions per CAP WAY manual
- Monitor student progression and identify support needs with supervisors
- Collaborate with schools and internal stakeholders
- Develop training materials and methods
Requirements
- Valid traffic instructor qualification
- Ability to work independently and plan activities
- Strong written and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to CAP sites
