Questions
How do the weekly limits work?
Each feature has a limit that depends on your plan, and some are part of Scout Plus or Scout Pro only. Weekly limits start again every Monday at 00:00 Finnish time. Looking at the same job or company again in the same week does not use more of a limit. A few limits are not weekly but count what you have at one time, such as active instant searches, watched jobs, tracker reminders and CV versions.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Only that feature pauses. You can keep using everything else. You can wait for the limit to reset on Monday, or move to a higher plan to get more right away.
What is the difference between Scout Plus and Scout Pro, and can I switch?
Scout Pro has higher limits than Scout Plus, no limit on most insights or on your own assistant, and features only Scout Pro has: a personal website from your CV, the job-ad archive, webhooks and up to three parallel searches. You can switch in your account. Moving from Scout Plus to Scout Pro takes effect immediately: you pay the Scout Pro price and the unused part of your Scout Plus plan is added as extra days to your Scout Pro period. Moving from Scout Pro to Scout Plus takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Will free JobCrawls get worse?
No. Every job, every filter and applying stay free, and so do alerts, My Jobs, your CV and the pay and employer data, within the weekly limits. Scout Plus and Scout Pro add what Scout does for you and raise the limits.
How do I cancel?
In your account, under Scout Plus, in two clicks and any time. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I pay?
Through Paytrail, a Finnish payment service. You pick your method on their page, for example online bank, MobilePay or card. We never see your card number. Prices include VAT.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Within 14 days of buying you get the whole payment back, in one click in your account, no questions asked. After that you can cancel renewal in one click at any time: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. Details are in the terms of sale.
Can I get Scout Plus without paying?
Yes. Share your pay, log how employers replied to your applications, or share an interview anonymously, and we add days of Scout Plus the moment you save. The free plan stays free either way.
Does Scout Plus help me get seen by employers?
No. Scout Plus helps you decide and prepare. You always apply on the employer's own site, like everyone else.
