Responsibilities: - Gathering, validating and documenting business and system requirements - Modelling business processes, including crypto transaction flows and identifying opportunities for process improvements - Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, outlining business and technical impacts - Designing and documenting integrations with external systems (blockchain networks, liquidity providers, payment systems) - Creating functional and system specifications (PRD, SRS, API specifications, diagrams) - Simplifying complex technical and blockchain-related concepts for cross-functional teams - Defining business problems through in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information - Outlining detailed requirements and ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs - Participating in integration testing, UAT, and validation of financial and transaction flows - Improving and maintaining product and project documentation standards - Participating in development of methods and techniques for requirements management and business case preparation - Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams on solution design - Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (transactions, confirmations, fees, wallets) - Knowledge of major blockchain networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, EVM-based chains) - Experience working with APIs (REST, WebSocket), webhooks and event-driven systems - Understanding of end-to-end transaction lifecycle (deposit, processing, settlement, withdrawal) - Experience with SQL and data analysis - Ability to analyze logs, API responses and transaction data - Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger
