Brand Manager

Brand Manager reports directly to the Director of Marketing. Job responsibilities include planning, budgeting and implementing the ATL marketing plan for the brand; ensuring the website reflects the brand identity and tone of voice; monitoring local market trends and competitor activity; collaborating with digital, retention, CRM, VIP, social, product and other teams to align campaigns with brand identity and regulatory requirements; developing campaign concepts and copy; managing the brand marketing budget; identifying collaborations with influencers and sponsorship properties; negotiating terms with agencies and partners; working with affiliate channels; aligning expenses with management; participating in regulatory meetings; defining campaign success criteria and tracking performance. Our expectations include experience in brand management or marketing; experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns; experience analyzing campaign performance; experience managing marketing projects, timelines and budgets; Finnish native-level fluency and English proficiency; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage; experience with contracts and regulatory requirements; experience negotiating with agencies and partners; understanding affiliate marketing; developing campaign concepts and copy is advantageous.
