We are looking for a project specialist for development projects aimed at improving the business skills of agricultural entrepreneurs. We are seeking a project specialist for projects such as "From Farmer to Supervisor" and "Managed Investments" in the North Ostrobothnia and Kainuu regions. The role requires experience in development projects and strong expertise in agricultural business, finance, and management. Knowledge of agricultural stakeholders and local farms is also valued. The role includes customer acquisition, network collaboration, and expert and training work via remote connections and face-to-face meetings. Additionally, the role involves expert and training work in other development projects and training sessions in regions such as Central Finland and South Ostrobothnia, as well as online. We expect from you: - Strong expertise in agricultural business, finance, and management - Experience in development projects - Suitable higher education degree - An inspiring and goal-oriented approach to work that motivates participants to engage in the project activities - Willingness to help our clients develop their skills and business operations - Readiness and skills to use digital work and communication tools - Ability to operate flexibly in online environments and develop in them - Proactive, active, and flexible working and development attitude - Good interaction and collaboration skills, as well as customer service orientation.
