We are seeking a practical nurse for a fixed-term position from 15 Sep 2026 to 31 Nov 2026 for home care in Hamina. As a home care practical nurse you will encourage, guide and assist the client in daily activities. You will work with a rehabilitative approach and leverage technology in your duties. In home care you will have varied responsibilities, supported by a close and helpful team where everyone is valued. You are eligible for the position if you have a practical nurse qualification, registration in Valvira’s health and social care registers, and valid medication licenses. Medication licenses can be obtained at the start of employment. A driving license and own car are essential for the role.
