We are now seeking a supervisor for inspection and maintenance operations at our Suutarila equipment center. The Suutarila location houses Ramirent Finland Oy's headquarters, rental operations, and equipment center. The rental fleet includes small tools, personnel lifts, and earth-moving equipment, with inspection playing a central role. The equipment center primarily inspects and maintains lighting, electrical, and heating equipment. Inspection and maintenance are key functions at Ramirent to ensure our customers receive well-maintained and inspected products for safe use. We are looking for a professional in maintenance operations to oversee the comprehensive inspection and maintenance activities at the Suutarila unit. Main responsibilities: - Planning, directing, and monitoring rental inspection activities - Leading inspection and maintenance operations at the equipment center - Acting as a frontline supervisor for the equipment center technicians - Managing daily tasks of over 10 technicians - Motivating, encouraging, and guiding the team, actively participating in daily operations - Collaborating with subcontractors and stakeholders - Communicating with customers regarding repairs and maintenance invoicing - Developing procedures and safety practices in cooperation with the team and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Relevant education or experience in similar roles - Previous leadership experience is an advantage - Good IT skills - Ability to handle pressure and solve problems in a sometimes hectic environment - Strong attitude towards cleanliness, orderliness, and safety - Enjoys challenges and strives to find the best solutions - Fluent in Finnish (speaking, reading, writing) and proficient in English if needed - Good interpersonal skills and a focus on team well-being - Customer-oriented team player What we offer: You will be supported by modern systems and a skilled team, along with the expertise of the largest operator in the industry.
