We are seeking a Mechanical Designer or Senior Mechanical Designer for our client projects. Role: We are looking for a Mechanical Designer or Senior Mechanical Designer for a permanent position to work on client projects within our South & West team, whose members are based in Helsinki, Turku, and Tampere. Currently, we are especially recruiting for projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The work is primarily hybrid, based on our clients' hybrid work practices, with meetings at Mecaplan’s office approximately once a month. Tasks are tailored to the individual, with the goal of long-term employment and opportunities for growth in different roles. The base salary for the position is approximately €3,500–€5,500/month depending on experience. We also have bonus schemes and good employee benefits. Keys to success in the role: We seek versatile professionals for our upcoming client projects. You may be an experienced mechanical designer or on a growth path with a few years of relevant experience. A relevant educational background, such as a mechanical engineering degree or DI, is expected. Previous experience in mechanical design within our client sectors and familiarity with diverse operational environments are valued. Proficiency in 3D design software such as NX, SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, and knowledge of PDM systems are required. Good command of English is necessary, and Finnish language skills are also appreciated.
