Nordec has decades of experience in designing and implementing versatile steel frameworks, facades, and bridges. We employ about 700 experts across seven countries. We are looking for a Tool Management Worker for Peräseinäjoki. Your daily tasks include receiving, inspecting, recording, and handing over tools and equipment, handling construction site containers, performing minor repairs, managing supplies, and maintaining inventory order. You will work closely with site supervisors and other responsible persons to ensure necessary tools are available and systemically track equipment and report faults or deficiencies. The work is on-site at the yard in Peräseinäjoki. We expect practical understanding of construction site operations, experience in installation, tool or equipment rental, or related fields, and knowledge of common tools, terms, and supplies. Proficiency in Finnish and good command of English are required, along with basic IT skills and experience with forklift operation. You work proactively and responsibly, managing tasks even in changing circumstances. Experience in equipment management and understanding of welding devices and supplies are advantageous. We offer a practical role with visible impact on construction sites, clear responsibilities, and a comprehensive view of tool and equipment management. The position is initially a fixed-term contract through Biisoni, with the goal to transfer to the client company after one year. Working hours are generally weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30.
