Oy Insinööri Studio is a multidisciplinary design and consulting company founded in 1990. We are an organization of over 40 experts providing comprehensive architectural, structural, electrical, and HVAC design services, as well as construction management, construction, and supervision services. Our services cover the entire building lifecycle from project planning to implementation and maintenance, including expert services related to building health and indoor air quality. We are looking for a team leader for our architecture department who can bring people together to succeed and keep work flowing smoothly. In this role, you will lead the daily operations of our architecture team, promote operational practices, and ensure that projects progress smoothly and with high quality on schedule and in collaboration with other design disciplines. You have a genuine interest in leadership and in goal-oriented and results-driven management of people and projects. You communicate naturally with clients and build effective cooperation and trust both within the team and with clients. You are educated as an architect or building architect and have diverse experience in various design assignments and project management.
