We are seeking a Finnish language and literature teacher for a permanent position at Leppäkorpi School. The role may also include teaching Finnish as a second language. In the future, the position might involve teaching other subjects offered at the basic education level, so qualification or interest in teaching other subjects is considered an advantage. Leppäkorpi School is a comprehensive school for grades 1-9, with approximately 820 students during the 2026-2027 school year. About 80 adults work in our school community. The school is located in Korso, near the main railway line, with good transportation connections. We operate in a modern school building equipped with up-to-date teaching tools. Our goal is to be a pedagogically unified primary school where students of different ages meet and interact daily. Classroom teaching and subject teaching are located close to each other, and staff collaborate to support the idea of a unified school and provide students with a seamless educational path from first grade through basic education. We are looking for a Finnish language and literature teacher interested in co-teaching, who wants to work as part of a team and explore and develop co-teaching methods together with colleagues.
