We are currently seeking a care assistant to strengthen our warm and skilled home care team in Turku: In home care, you provide clients with security, care, and responsible presence in their own homes. You will work in diverse environments and implement comprehensive nursing care together with the client, their relatives, and a multidisciplinary team. Your work emphasizes strengthening clients' resources, supporting participation, and a rehabilitative approach. You will have meaningful work where you play an important role in our clients' daily lives. You will be part of a multidisciplinary and encouraging team, with whom you will not be alone. You will have opportunities to develop your professional skills in various nursing tasks and receive good orientation and ongoing support. Additionally, you can influence shift scheduling. We value good communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently. Good spoken and written Finnish skills are required. The job requires a driver’s license and the ability to use your own car. An active LOVe medication license, experience in elderly services, familiarity with the RAI assessment system, and good IT skills are considered advantages. The qualification requirement for the position is a professional degree in social and health care (practical nurse) or an equivalent previous qualification, along with current registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
