Join our skilled team where colleagues always help each other. We are looking for a motivated high voltage expert focusing on substations and/or power lines. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks related to 110–400 kV substations and/or power line projects, ensuring quality, safety, and smooth project execution. You will also have opportunities to participate in data center, BESS, wind farm, solar park, or hydrogen projects. The work is mainly office-based but may include site visits across Finland. Your tasks include planning and consulting on high-voltage network distribution, including preliminary and detailed design, short-circuit and sizing calculations, primary and secondary system design, grounding, relay settings, work descriptions, switching programs, and arc flash calculations. You will collaborate closely with clients both on-site and remotely, working on industrial or critical infrastructure sites connected to high-voltage networks. The team designs solutions from connection negotiations to backup power systems, including testing, inspections, and commissioning. The salary range is 5,000–6,500 €/month, negotiable based on experience. Flexible work locations and remote work are possible depending on projects. Requirements include experience with high-voltage line and substation projects, especially above 110 kV, and education as an electrical engineer or diploma engineer. You work independently and goal-oriented, enjoy teamwork and stakeholder cooperation, and have good communication and organizational skills.
