We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced restaurant shift manager for Vaattunki Wilderness Resort in Rovaniemi for the winter season 2026-2027. As a shift manager, you will be part of our international team, serving mainly international travelers, individual guests, and group diners. Your task is to ensure smooth work shifts and top-quality customer service. You will act as the responsible person for the dining area and work closely with other restaurant managers. You should have a strong customer service attitude and the ability to organize the team’s work efficiently. Additionally, you should be skilled in upselling and able to provide immediate customer service even during busy times.
